Swedish Massage- European massage technique designed to improve circulation with firm but gentle pressure in the same direction as the flow of blood to the heart.

Deep Tissue Massage- Technique that focuses on deeper layers of muscle tissue. Used to relieve muscle tension with a lot of pressure.

Myofascial Release- Form of tissue manipulation that involves stretching of the tough connective tissue that surrounds the body. Intended for pain relief and increasing range of motion.

Trigger Point Therapy- Concentrated pressure on tender area (also known as "knots") of muscle tissue. Ability to break cycles of spasms and pain.

Pregnancy Massage-A gentle form of massage specifically intended for pregnant women with discomfort.
